The invention discloses an intelligent steering control method and device for a crawler-type lifter. According to the method, a drive hydraulic cylinder is controlled to extend out of a telescoping hydraulic rod, the telescoping hydraulic rod drives a stable supporting rod to move vertically, meanwhile a fixed cylinder, a steering cylinder and a supporting seat move towards the ground until the supporting seat makes contact with the ground, the vehicle body is lifted up, then an adjusting drive motor is controlled to drive a steering screw to rotate, the steering cylinder and the fixed cylinder are driven to rotate in the axial direction, and therefore the vehicle body rotates in the axial direction, the vehicle head direction of the vehicle body is changed, the vehicle body can be steered rapidly, and the construction efficiency is prevented from being delayed by returning along the original path.

    本发明公开了一种履带式升降机智能转向控制方法及控制装置,通过控制所述驱动液压缸伸出所述伸缩液压杆,所述伸缩液压杆带动所述稳定支撑杆竖向移动,同时所述固定筒、所述转向筒和所述支撑座朝向地面移动,直至所述支撑座与地面接触,将所述车体向上抬起,然后控制所述调整驱动电机驱动所述转向螺杆转动,带动所述转向筒与所述固定筒轴向转动,从而使得所述车体进行轴向转动,改变所述车体的车头方向,从而可快速对所述车体进行转向,避免沿原路返回而耽误施工效率。
