The invention belongs to the technical field of tires, and particularly relates to a novel hollow tire which comprises a tire body and a hub, the tire body and the hub are integrally formed through one-time vulcanization, a plurality of hollow parts are formed in the two sides of the tire body along the circumference, covering layers are arranged on one sides of the hollow parts on the two sides, and the covering layers and the tire body are subjected to secondary forming covering. First reinforcing ribs are formed in the hub, and the first reinforcing ribs and the inner wall of the hub are in circular arc transition. The invention aims to provide the novel hollow tire which is low in wind noise, stable in structure and long in service life.

    本发明属于轮胎技术领域,特指一种新型镂空胎,包括轮胎和轮毂,所述轮胎和轮毂一次硫化一体成型,所述轮胎两侧均沿圆周开设有若干镂空部,两边所述镂空部一侧设有覆盖层,所述覆盖层与轮胎二次成型覆盖;所述轮毂内成型有第一加强筋,所述第一加强筋与轮毂内壁之间通过圆弧过渡。本发明的目的是提供一种风噪小、结构稳定、使用寿命长的新型镂空胎。
