The invention discloses a battery pack equalization circuit based on a half-bridge converter and a control method. A battery pack comprises a plurality of batteries connected in series, and the battery pack equalization circuit comprises a controller, a half-bridge conversion unit and a high-voltage side half-bridge converter. The controller is connected with two switch tubes of the half-bridge conversion unit and two switch tubes of the high-voltage side half-bridge converter, and is used for generating PWM signals according to the voltage relationship of the batteries in the battery pack to control all the switch tubes so as to realize equalization management of the whole battery pack. The number of devices, the cost and the size of the whole equalization system are effectively reduced, and the modularization capacity and the reliability of the equalization system are improved. In addition, continuous and controllable equalizing current can be ensured, the equalizing speed and the equalizing efficiency are greatly improved, the service lives of the batteries are prolonged to the greatest extent, and the safety and the reliability of the battery pack are ensured.

    本发明公开了一种基于半桥变换器的电池组均衡电路及控制方法,电池组包括若干串联的电池,电池组均衡电路包括控制器、半桥变换单元和高压侧半桥变换器;控制器与半桥变换变换单元的两个开关管、高压侧半桥变换器的两个开关管连接,用于根据电池组内各节电池的电压关系产生PWM信号对所有开关管进行控制,实现整个电池组的均衡管理。本发明有效减少了整个均衡系统的器件数量、成本和体积,提高了均衡系统的模块化能力和可靠性,另外,可以保证均衡电流连续且大小可控,极大的提升了均衡速度和均衡效率,进而最大限度地延长了电池的使用寿命,保证电池组的安全可靠性。
