The invention provides a caliper assembly with a friction plate abrasion monitoring function and an abrasion alarm, bounce detection and brake failure compensation method of the caliper assembly, and belongs to the field of automobile disc caliper type brakes. The problem that an existing caliper assembly cannot monitor the state of a friction plate in real time is solved. The caliper assembly comprises a caliper support, a caliper body, a sensor connecting rod, the friction plate and displacement sensors, the caliper support is connected with the caliper body, the friction plate is arranged in the interior of the caliper body, and the plurality of displacement sensors are connected with the inner end part and the outer end part of the friction plate through the sensor connecting rod respectively. The caliper assembly is mainly used for monitoring the friction plate in the caliper assembly in real time.

    本发明提出了一种具有摩擦片磨损监控功能的卡钳总成及其磨损报警、跳动检测、制动失效补偿方法,属于汽车盘钳式制动器领域。解决了现有卡钳总成无法对摩擦片的状态进行实时监控的问题。卡钳总成包括卡钳支架、卡钳钳体、传感器连杆、摩擦片和位移传感器,所述卡钳支架与卡钳钳体相连,所述摩擦片设置在卡钳钳体的内部,所述位移传感器数量为多个,多个位移传感器分别通过传感器连杆与摩擦片的内外端部相连。它主要用于卡钳总成中的摩擦片实时监控。
