The invention discloses a box girder anti-falling stop block mounting system and a construction method. The mounting system comprises lifting equipment and a material conveying trolley, the lifting equipment is arranged in a box girder hole, and the material conveying trolley is arranged on a bridge pier; and the lifting equipment comprises a lifting frame, a lifting tool and a lifting appliance, the lifting frame is arranged in the box girder hole, the lifting tool is arranged on the lifting frame, and the lifting appliance is connected to the lifting tool and located between the bridge pier and a box girder. According to the box girder anti-falling stop block mounting system, through cooperation of the lifting equipment and the material conveying trolley, the lifting equipment is not continuously occupied in the mounting process, and uninterrupted continuous construction is achieved; and the electric equipment is adopted to replace manpower to transport and lift a girder anti-falling stop block, operation is convenient, construction can be completed at a time, the labor intensity can be effectively reduced, and the efficiency of construction operation is improved.

    本发明公开了一种箱梁防落梁挡块安装系统及施工方法,安装系统包括吊装设备和运料车,所述吊装设备设在设在箱梁梁洞内,所述运料车设在桥墩上;所述吊装设备包括吊装架、起吊工具和吊具,所述吊装架设在箱梁梁洞内,所述起吊工具设在吊装架上,所述吊具连接在起吊工具上,位于桥墩和箱梁之间。本发明通过吊装设备与运料小车的配合,在安装过程中不持续占用吊装设备,并实现了不间断的连续施工;采用电动设备代替人力进行防落梁挡块的运输及吊装,便于操作且可以一次性完成施工,能够有效降低劳动强度以及提升施工作业的效率。
