A movable connecting rod is vertically fixed to the side wall of the rotating shaft, one end of the movable connecting rod is rotationally connected with a blocking and sealing guide mechanism of a semi-opening-closing structure, an inserting-connecting barrel is arranged on the inner side wall of the box body, a contact head is arranged in the inserting-connecting barrel, and a limiting guide plate is vertically fixed to the bottom face of the box body. According to the invention, the blocking and sealing guide mechanism with a semi-opening-closing structure is utilized, when the charging connector is connected, the charging connector can be actively guided and pushed into the positioning cylinder to be connected with the contact head for charging, and the charging connector can be easily connected into the charging port; and the blocking and sealing guide mechanism and the charging connector are sealed during charging, so that rainwater or dust is effectively prevented from entering the charging port, and the safety of the charging port is improved.
