The invention discloses an axle locking detection method, device and equipment and a rail transit vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: firstly, obtaining a first feedback angular speed of a first traction motor, and obtaining a second feedback angular speed of a second traction motor; and then, when the first feedback angular velocity is 0, obtaining a synchronous angular velocity according to the second feedback angular velocity; and finally, when the synchronous angular speed is inconsistent with the corresponding preset synchronous angular speed, judging whether the first current of the first traction motor is normal or not, and if not, the first traction motor shaft having a locking fault. On the basis that existing hardware configuration is not changed, TCU control software is optimized, when a speed sensor outputs a low level, whether a traction motor speed sensor fault or a shaft locking fault occurs or not can be recognized by detecting whether overcurrent faults occur or not, damage to a wheel shaft and influence on the driving order due to false alarm faults are prevented. Therefore, the running time and cost of the train are reduced, and the riding comfort of passengers is improved.
本申请公开了一种轴抱死检测方法、装置、设备及轨道交通车辆,所述方法包括:首先,获取第一牵引电机的第一反馈角速度,获取第二牵引电机的第二反馈角速度。然后,当第一反馈角速度为0时,根据第二反馈角速度获得同步角速度。最后,当同步角速度与对应的预设同步角速度不一致时,判断第一牵引电机的第一电流是否正常,若否,则第一牵引电机轴抱死故障。在不改变现有的硬件配置基础上,通过优化TCU控制软件,在速度传感器输出低电平时,通过检测电流是否发生过流故障可以识别出牵引电机速度传感器故障还是发生轴抱死故障,防止误报故障对轮轴本身造成损坏和对行车秩序造成影响,进而降低列车的运行时间与成本、提高乘客的乘车舒适度。
