According to the damping device for the new energy automobile battery, the springs are used for achieving the damping effect on the new energy automobile battery in the storage box in the up-down direction, the protective layer is used for achieving the damping effect on the new energy automobile battery in the left-right direction, the multiple sets of batteries have the buffering damping effect through the buffering particles, and therefore the good damping effect on the batteries is achieved.

    本发明涉及新能源汽车领域,目的在于提供一种新能源汽车电池用减震装置,包括下壳体,下壳体的内部滑动连接有放置箱,放置箱的底部外壁设置有密封体,放置箱的底部外壁焊接有均匀分布的导柱,下壳体底部内壁焊接有均匀分布的导套,导柱滑动插接与导套内部,导套的外部套接有弹簧,放置箱内部设置有两个挤压板,两个挤压板的一侧外壁均粘接有防护层,防护层的内部设置有均匀分布的导气孔。本发明利用弹簧对新能源汽车电池在放置箱内部起到上下方向的减震作用,利用防护层对新能源汽车电池起到左右方向的减震作用,并通过缓冲颗粒使得多组电池之间也具有缓冲的减震作用,因此实现了对电池的良好的减震效果。
