Provided is a segmented pavement violation snapshot monitoring device based on ETC induction. A plurality of ETC sensing monitoring devices are uniformly arranged on a certain parking forbidding road section at intervals, and whether a vehicle is parked illegally or not is judged according to the sensing time difference between the adjacent ETC sensing monitoring devices. A sensing time difference is set between the adjacent ETC sensing monitoring devices, a corresponding range value is determined according to the distance between the two adjacent ETC sensing monitoring devices and the vehicle speed, and if the time for a vehicle to pass through the two adjacent ETC sensing monitoring devices exceeds the set value, it is judged that there is an illegal parking behavior. Through the device, illegal parking vehicles can be quickly captured, illegal parking behaviors of the vehicles can be effectively restrained, and urban road smoothness and pedestrian safety are guaranteed.
提供一种基于ETC感应的分段路面违章抓拍监测装置,通过在某一段禁停路段上均匀间隔设置多个ETC感应监测装置,根据相邻ETC感应监测装置之间感应时间差判断车辆是否违章停车,相邻ETC感应监测装置之间设定感应时间差根据相邻两个ETC感应监测装置之间的距离以及车速确定一个相应的范围值,车辆行驶过相邻两ETC感应监测装置之间的时间超过设定值即判断为有违章停车行为,通过该装置既能快速抓拍违章停车车辆,又能够有效克制车辆违章停车行为,保证城市道路畅通以及行人安全。
