The invention discloses an unmanned ship system for underwater pollution discharge concealed conduit monitoring work and a working method. The unmanned ship system comprises a diving camera shooting sampling unit, the diving camera shooting sampling unit comprises a hemispherical transparent inner cover shell, the hemispherical transparent inner cover shell is internally provided with a hemispherical cavity, and the hemispherical cavity is fixedly provided with a camera with a vertically downward lens. The system is simple in structure, and the severity degree of pollutants discharged by a sewage discharge concealed conduit and accurate sewage discharge evidences can be known more accurately.
