The invention relates to the related field of cranes, and discloses a crane tackle self-lubricating device based on use frequency and strength. The self-lubricating device comprises a main body box, and a front-back through pulley cavity with an upward opening is arranged in the main body box; and a pulley shaft is fixedly connected between the left and right end walls of the pulley cavity, and a pulley in running fit connection with the pulley shaft is arranged in the pulley cavity. According to the crane tackle self-lubricating device, a centrifugal wheel is driven by the pulley to rotate, and meanwhile real-time recording of the use frequency of the pulley is achieved through a record sliding block capable of being moved up and down in a reciprocating mode along with the rotation frequency of the centrifugal wheel, and when the use frequency reaches a certain value, the miniature self-priming pump is automatically started and matched with a lubricating nozzle to lubricate a pulley bearing; a weight measuring plate is matched with a speed regulating cavity at the same time, so that the moving speed of the recording sliding block can be increased along with the increase of the weight of a lifted heavy object, namely, the lubricating frequency of the pulley is increased, and the lubrication of the pulley is more reasonable; and the safety of the lifting process is ensured, and meanwhile, the trouble of manual lubrication is further overcome.

    本发明涉及起重机相关领域,公开了一种基于使用频率及强度的起重滑车自润滑装置,包括主体箱,主体箱内设有开口向上且前后贯通的滑轮腔,滑轮腔左右端壁之间固定连接有滑轮轴,滑轮腔内设有与滑轮轴转动配合连接的滑轮,本装置通过滑轮带动离心轮转动,同时通过可随离心轮转动次数而上下往复移动的记录滑块实现了对滑轮使用次数的实时记录,且当使用次数达到一定时将自动启动微型自吸泵同时配合润滑喷嘴从而实现对滑轮轴承的润滑,且通过测重板同时配合调速腔,从而使得记录滑块的移动速度可随起吊重物的重量的增大而增大,即增加了滑轮的润滑频率,从而使得滑轮的润滑更为合理,保证了起重过程的安全性,同时也省去了人工润滑的麻烦。
