According to an anti-freezing emptying control method for a water tank of a railway vehicle, a method for automatically controlling water in the water tank to be automatically emptied according to data measured by the temperature sensor outside the vehicle is provided, and therefore the problem that the water tank is broken due to freezing in the water tank is solved. A vehicle network control system running in a mini system is used for collecting environment temperature signals collected by a temperature sensor arranged outside a vehicle of an air conditioning system, and the environment temperature signals are sent to a central control unit through a temperature detection module to be subjected to temperature value judgment; when the temperature is low to an icing risk, a vehicle network control system and a storage battery power supply control module are automatically activated through a mini system, anti-freezing emptying pulse signals are sent to all vehicles through a WTB/MVB network to an anti-freezing emptying control module, and finally the anti-freezing emptying control module controls a time delay relay of a water supply system to act and be disconnected in a time delay mode. And the delay relay controls the anti-freezing emptying relay, and the anti-freezing emptying relay controls the electromagnetic valve to empty the water tank.

    本发明所述的轨道车辆水箱防冻排空控制方法,提供了一种根据车外温度传感器测得的数据以实现自动控制水箱中的水自动排空的方法,从而避免水箱内结冰而造成水箱破裂的问题。利用运行在mini系统的车辆网络控制系统,采集空调系统在车外设置的温度传感器采集的环境温度信号,经温度检测模块发送至中央控制单元进行温度值判断;当温度低到有结冰风险时,通过mini系统自动激活车辆网络控制系统和蓄电池供电控制模块,通过WTB/MVB网络向全部车辆发送防冻排空脉冲信号至防冻排空控制模块,最终由防冻排空控制模块控制给水系统的延时继电器动作并延时断开,延时继电器控制防冻排空继电器并由防冻排空继电器控制电磁阀对水箱进行排空。
