The invention provides a brake-by-wire system with a high dynamic brake pressure adjusting characteristic. The brake-by-wire system comprises a direct-drive motor pump, an overflow valve, a high-pressure energy accumulator, an oil can, a pressure sensor, a displacement sensor, not less than three direct-drive three-way proportional valves, a brake pedal, a brake feeling simulator, a brake controller and a brake wheel cylinder. The system is characterized in that a brake controller collects a driver intention signal and a high-pressure oil way pressure signal through a displacement sensor and a pressure sensor respectively so as to control a direct-drive motor pump and a direct-drive three-way proportional valve; when the pressure of the high-pressure oil way is smaller than a set value, the direct-drive motor pump works; the pressure of the brake wheel cylinder and the pressure of the brake feeling simulator oil cylinder are adjusted in real time by the direct-drive three-way proportional valve; each direct drive type three-way proportional valve is directly driven by a linear motor based on a Halbach permanent magnet array. The number of control valves of the brake system is remarkably reduced, and the system has advantages of being rapid in pressure adjusting response, high in precision and the like.

    本发明提供一种具有高动态制动压力调节特性的线控制动系统,包括直驱式电机泵、溢流阀、高压蓄能器、油壶、压力传感器、位移传感器、不小于三个直驱式三通比例阀、制动踏板、制动感觉模拟器、制动控制器、制动轮缸。其特征在于制动控制器通过位移传感器以及压力传感器分别采集的驾驶员意图信号与高压油路压力信号,进而控制直驱式电机泵、直驱式三通比例阀;当高压油路压力小于设定值时,直驱式电机泵工作;制动轮缸压力以及制动感觉模拟器油缸压力皆由直驱式三通比例阀实时调节;每个直驱式三通比例阀由一个基于Halbach永磁阵列的直线电机直接驱动。本发明显著减少了制动系统控制阀的数量,且具有压力调节响应迅速、精度高等优点。
