The invention provides a ride-sharing method based on traffic sustainable development, and the method is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps that a traffic management department determines a key congestion road segment according to a traffic operation condition; a traffic management department formulates a 'congested road section' peak period compulsory ride-sharing passing rule and publicly publishes the rule; a traffic volume proportion needing to be controlled and reduced is determined according to the traffic flow in the peak period of the 'congested road section'; the urban traffic management department determines the number of times that one vehicle passes through a 'congested road section' in each time period according to the traffic volume needing to be reduced, and if the number of times exceeds the number of times, the vehicle is not allowed to pass or pays congested fees to pass by times; the method can effectively alleviate the congestion degree of a busy traffic road section, and facilitates the reduction of the total traffic travel volume of a city.

    本发明提供一种基于交通可持续发展的合乘方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:交通管理部门根据交通运行状况确定重点拥堵路段;由交通管理部门制定“拥堵路段”高峰时段强制合乘通行规则,并予以公开发布;根据“拥堵路段”高峰时段交通流量确定需要控制、调减的交通量比例;城市交通管理部门根据需要调减的交通量确定一辆车在每一个时间周期内通过“拥堵路段”的单乘状态通行次数,超过该次数则不允许通行,或按次缴纳拥堵费通行;本发明可有效的缓解交通繁忙路段的拥堵程度,并有利于减少城市总体交通出行量。
