The invention discloses a turnover mechanism which comprises at least one winch driving unit, a translation trolley, a follow-up fixing frame, a plurality of steering rope wheels, trolley guide rails, a fixed hinge seat, a guide rail fixing frame and a turnover frame. The winch driving unit at least comprises a traction rope and a winding drum, the traction rope is wound on the winding drum and then passes through the plurality of steering rope wheels, and two ends of the traction rope are respectively fixed on the translation trolley to form a closed-loop traction loop; the trolley guide rails are arranged in two rows in parallel and are C-shaped channel steel; the translation trolley comprises travelling wheels and guide wheels; the travelling wheels are embedded into the C-shaped channel steel so as to be matched with the C-shaped channel steel; the trolley guide rails are fixed above the guide rail fixing frame; one end of the follow-up fixing frame is hinged to the translation trolley, and the other end of the follow-up fixing frame is hinged to the turnover frame; and the bottom of the turnover frame is hinged with the fixed hinge seat. Compared with a push-pull mode directly utilizing a push rod, the turnover mechanism has the characteristics that the turnover stroke is larger, the turnover body is heavier, and the turnover mechanism is more stable and safer.

    本发明公开一种翻转机构,包括至少一卷扬驱动机组,平移小车,随动固定架,若干转向绳轮,小车导轨,固定铰接座,导轨固定架,翻转架;所述卷扬驱动机组至少包括一牵引绳,一卷筒,所述牵引绳缠绕于卷筒后通过所述若干转向绳轮,两端分别固定于所述平移小车,形成一闭环牵引环路;所述小车导轨平行布置两列,为C形槽钢;所述平移小车包括走轮与导向轮;所述走轮嵌入所述C形槽钢相适配;所述小车导轨固定于所述导轨固定架上方;所述随动固定架一端与所述平移小车铰接,另一端与所述翻转架铰接;所述翻转架底部与所述固定铰接座铰接。翻转机构相比直接利用推杆式的推拉方式具有翻转行程更大,翻转体更重型,更稳固更安全的特性。
