The invention discloses a tower crane standard section stable and firm in connection. The tower crane standard section comprises main chord members, diagonal web members and transverse web members. The number of the main chord members is four sets, the four sets of main chord members are distributed in a rectangular shape, the ends of the adjacent main chord members are connected through the transverse web members, the diagonal web members are arranged between the adjacent main chord members, and diagonal cross beams are arranged on the main chord members located at the diagonal corners. An escalator is installed on the diagonal cross beams, and a safety rope connecting assembly is installed on the escalator. Tower crane standard sections are connected through fixing structures and reinforcing assemblies, the fixing structures are used for connecting the main chord members at the upper position and the lower position, the reinforcing assemblies are used for connecting the transverse web members at the upper and lower adjacent positions, and connecting corner plates are arranged at the upper ends and the lower ends of the main chord members. According to the tower crane standard section, tower crane standard sections which are arranged up and down are connected through the fixing structures and the reinforcing assemblies, so that double reinforcing measures are taken for connection between the tower crane standard sections, connection between the tower crane standard sections is more stable and firmer, and the overall safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种连接稳固牢靠的塔机标准节,包括主弦杆、斜腹杆和横向腹杆,所述主弦杆设有四组,且四组主弦杆矩形分布,相邻主弦杆的端部通过横向腹杆连接,相邻主弦杆之间设置有斜腹杆,位于对角的主弦杆上设有对角横梁,所述对角横梁上上安装有扶梯,所述扶梯上安装有安全绳连接组件,所述塔机标准节之间通过固定结构和加固组件连接,所述固定结构用于连接上下位置的主弦杆,所述加固组件用于连接上下相邻处的横向腹杆,所述主弦杆的上下顶端设置有连接角板,本发明通过将上下设置的塔机标准节之间利用固定结构和加固组件进行连接,使得塔机标准节之间的连接具有双重加固措施,使得塔机标准节之间的连接更加稳固牢靠,增加整体的安全性。
