The invention discloses a lifting appliance and steel beam posture automatic monitoring system and method in steel beam lifting process. The monitoring system is simple to operate, a DTU is connected with a corresponding inclination angle sensor after being configured, the inclination angle sensor actually measures inclination data of a steel beam and a lifting appliance, and a measurement type GNSS receiver actually measures the position and elevation of the steel beam as well as the deviation of a cable tower. Data actually measured by the inclination angle sensor and the measurement type GNSS receiver are transmitted to the server through 4G communication network, then the monitoring system displays a calculation result to the front end of the monitoring system, and field personnel can adjust the postures of the cable crane, the lifting appliance and the steel beam according to the data reflected by the front end of the monitoring system in real time. According to the system and method, the construction measurement time is greatly reduced, the measurement efficiency is improved, the posture monitoring work of the cable crane, the lifting appliance and the steel beam is rapidly, automatically and intelligently carried out in a network data transmission mode, errors caused by manual calculation are avoided, a large amount of manpower and material resources are saved, and the popularization value is realized.

    本发明公开了一种钢梁吊装过程中吊具和钢梁姿态自动监测系统及方法,该监测系统操作简单,将DTU配置好后与对应倾角传感器相连接,倾角传感器实测出钢梁及吊具倾斜数据,测量型GNSS接收机实测出钢梁位置、高程及缆索吊缆塔偏位。倾角传感器及测量型GNSS接收机实测的数据通过4G通信网络传输至服务器,然后监测系统将计算结果显示到监测系统前端,现场人员可通过监测系统前端实时反映的数据对缆索吊、吊具、钢梁姿态进行调整。通过本发明,大大减少了施工测量时间,提高了测量效率,通过网络数据传输的方式快速化、自动化、智能化的进行缆索吊、吊具、钢梁姿态监测工作,避免了人工计算引起的错误,节约了大量的人力和物力,具有可推广价值。
