The invention discloses an automobile accelerator system device with a braking function. An accelerator pedal mechanism of the automobile accelerator system device comprises an accelerator upper connecting rod, an accelerator pedal, an accelerator lower connecting rod and a bottom support. The accelerator pedal comprises an upper pedal and a lower pedal which are connected through a hinge, and pedal surfaces of the two pedals are positioned on the same plane; one end of the accelerator lower connecting rod is fixedly connected with the lower pedal, and the other end is movably connected with the bottom bracket; the relative positions of the accelerator upper connecting rod and the upper pedal can be adjusted, when the pedal is stepped to the maximum oil inlet amount, the upper pedal and the accelerator upper connecting rod are in contact and separated from a critical point, and the pedal and the accelerator upper connecting rod are separated and automatically return to an idling state when the pedal is stepped deeply; the integrated brake executing mechanism is arranged below the lower pedal, the pedal is separated from the accelerator upper connecting rod and then continues to be treaded downwards to start the integrated brake executing mechanism, and the brake upper rod is driven to be pressed downwards to achieve the deceleration brake effect. The problem of traffic accidents caused by the fact that a driver directly steps on an accelerator pedal serving as a brake pedal in emergency is solved.

    本发明公开了一种具有刹车功能的汽车油门系统装置,其油门踏板机构包括油门上连杆、油门踏板、油门下连杆和底部支架;油门踏板包括铰链连接的上下踏板,两者的踏板面处同一平面上,两者的底面上装复位弹簧;油门下连杆一端固定连接下踏板,另一端活动连接底部支架;油门上连杆与上踏板的相对位置可调整,当踏板踩到最大进油量时上踏板与油门上连杆之间处在接触与脱离临界点,继续踩深则踏板与油门上连杆分离而自动回到怠速状态;一体化刹车执行机构设在下踏板下方,踏板与油门上连杆分离后继续下踩将启动一体化刹车执行机构,带动刹车上杆下压起到减速刹车作用。本发明解决了司机在紧急情况下将油门踏板当作刹车踏板直接踩下引起交通事故的问题。
