The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle transmission, and particularly relates to a high-rotating-speed electric drive axle structure. The electric drive axle is composed of a motor, a planetary reducer and a differential mechanism, wherein the planetary reducer adopts an internal and external meshing double-planet row and comprises a sun gear, three internal planet gears, three external planet gears, a gear ring and a planet carrier, and power is input by the sun gear, output by the planet carrier and fixed by the gear ring. The planetary reducer and the differential mechanism are connected through a pair of spiral bevel gears, and vertical transmission of power is achieved. A motor, the planetary reducer and the differential mechanism are integrally designed, the internal space of a motor stator can be fully utilized, the size of an electric drive axle system is effectively reduced, and meanwhile the planetary reducer adopts a forced lubrication mode to effectively improve the working reliability and transmission efficiency of the reducer.

    本发明属于车辆传动技术领域,具体涉及一种高转速电驱动桥结构。此电驱动桥由电机、行星减速器、差速器组成,其中行星减速器采用内外啮合双星排,包括一个太阳轮、三个内行星轮、三个外行星轮、一个齿圈和一个行星架,动力由太阳轮输入,行星架输出,齿圈固定不动。行星减速器与差速器之间通过一对螺旋伞齿轮连接,实现动力的垂直传递。将电机、行星减速器和差速器进行集成设计,可充分利用电机定子内部空间,有效减小电驱动桥系统体积,同时行星减速器采用强制润滑方式,可有效提升减速器工作可靠性和传动效率。
