The invention discloses a supporting frame structure for mounting a steel structure of a building wall surface, and relates to the technical field of steel structure buildings. The structure comprises a platform and a top plate, wherein the top plate is arranged above the platform, supporting foot stools are arranged on the periphery of the platform, a movable groove is formed inside the platform, a roller is rotatably connected into the movable groove, the side face of the roller is in transmission connection to a first gear set, and the roller is in transmission connection to a movable gear through the first gear set. According to the supporting frame structure for mounting the steel structure of the building wall surface, threaded columns are arranged and combined with one another, so that a supporting structure of a top plate is combined, meanwhile, a positioning rod is lengthened by utilizing an extension rod, rotation of the top plate at different heights is locked, so that a lifting distance of the top plate is not limited by a height of a basic structure, therefore, a supporting height interval of the supporting structure is expanded, and an application range of equipment in use is widened.
