The invention relates to the field of European crane manufacturing, in particular to a numerical control assembling platform for a crane main beam. The numerical control assembling platform comprises a fixed end beam module, a movable end beam module and an electric control module. The fixed end beam module is fixedly arranged on a working plane. The width of the movable end beam module is matched with the width of the fixed end beam module, the width of the movable end beam module and the width of the fixed end beam module are collinear, and the movable end beam module and the fixed end beam module are arranged at the same height. The movable end beam module is fixedly arranged on one side of the fixed end beam module. The electric control module controls the movable end beam module to achieve automatic servo translation action. According to the numerical control assembling platform for the crane main beam, manufacturing of the crane main beam and the crane end beam is changed into a modular production process, the assembling period is greatly shortened, under the condition that the main beam and the end beam are subjected to the independent production process, the main beam and the end beam can be selected for assembling of cranes in the same type at will, the assembling precision can be effectively guaranteed, and modular interchangeability production of the main beam and the end beam is achieved.

    本发明涉及欧式起重机制造领域,具体说是一种起重机主梁数控汇装平台,包括固定端梁模块、移动端梁模块和电控模块,所述固定端梁模块固定设置于工作平面上,所述移动端梁模块的宽度与固定端梁模块的宽度匹配,且移动端梁模块的宽度与固定端梁模块共线且等高设置,所述移动端梁模块固定设置于固定端梁模块一侧,所述电控模块控制移动端梁模块实现自动伺服平移动作;该主梁数控汇装平台使起重机主、端梁的制造改为模块化的生产工艺,装配周期大幅缩短,并且满足主、端梁在单独生产工艺的条件下,同一型号的起重机可任意选用主、端梁装配,并且装配精度能够得到有效保证,实现主端梁的模块化互换性生产。
