The invention provides a shaft type electric power steering device and a motor vehicle, the shaft type electric power steering device comprises a first pinion shaft, a rack, a second pinion shaft, a third pinion shaft and an electric assembly provided with a controller, one end of the first pinion shaft is used for being connected with a steering wheel in an anti-torque mode, and the electric assembly is provided with a controller; a first tooth section is arranged at the first end of the rack; a second tooth section is arranged at the second end of the rack, the first tooth section and the second tooth section are located on the two sides of the rack respectively, the first tooth section is meshed with the other end of the first pinion shaft, the third tooth section of the second pinion shaft is meshed with the second tooth section, and the fourth tooth section of the third pinion shaft is meshed with the second tooth section; the third pinion shaft is in synchronous transmission connection with the second pinion shaft, the output end of the electric assembly is in transmission connection with the second pinion shaft, and the controller is connected with the torque sensor. The steering device provided by the invention has low requirements on arrangement space; and the tensile strength and the bending strength of the rack are improved, and the service life of the rack is prolonged.

    本发明提供了一种轴式电动助力转向装置及机动车,该装置包括一端用于与方向盘抗扭连接的第一小齿轮轴、齿条、第二小齿轮轴、第三小齿轮轴和设置有控制器的电动组件,其中,齿条的第一端设置有第一齿段,齿条的第二端设置有第二齿段,且第一齿段和第二齿段分别位于齿条的两侧,第一齿段与第一小齿轮轴的另一端啮合,第二小齿轮轴的第三齿段与第二齿段啮合,第三小齿轮轴的第四齿段与第二齿段啮合,第三小齿轮轴和所述第二小齿轮轴同步传动连接,电动组件的输出端与第二小齿轮轴传动连接,控制器和扭矩传感器连接。本发明提供的转向装置对布置空间要求小;并且提高了齿条的抗拉压和抗弯曲强度,延长齿条使用寿命。
