The device is convenient to use; a control motor controls accommodation of a movable rod and a partition plate, so abrasion of detection rolling wheels and a guide rail detection device is reduced when the device does not work, movement is conducted through intermittent contact between pull ropes and the detection rolling wheels and sleepers, it is guaranteed that the sleeper detection blocks can work normally, and damage is reduced; and meanwhile gravel separation and recovery can be conducted through a swing rod, so the sleeper work is not influenced while the detection work is carried out.
