The invention discloses a modular charging system of a battery swap station. The system comprises a box body, a charging module arranged in the box body and used for converting three-phase alternating currents into direct currents, heat dissipation modules correspondingly arranged on the side edges of the charging modules, an auxiliary module supplying power to a charging control module and the heat dissipation modules, a human-computer interaction module used for realizing data interaction with the charging control module, and the charging control module comprising an input terminal and an output terminal; the input terminal is connected with other modules of the charging system and communicates with the heat dissipation modules, the auxiliary module, the charging module and the human-computer interaction module, and the output terminal is used for charging and communicating with an external battery. All functional parts of the charging system are designed in a modular mode, the charging system is simple in whole, reliable in function and high in production efficiency, maintainers only need to replace the whole module, the maintenance cost is reduced, the situation that wiring in the box body makes contact with other wiring harnesses due to maintenance errors is avoided, the misoperation production cost is reduced, and the supply period is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种换电站模块化充电系统,包括箱体,设置在箱体内的充电模块,用于将三相交流电转换成直流电;散热模块,对应设置在每个充电模块的侧边;辅助模块,为充电控制模块和散热模块供电;人机交互模块,与充电控制模块实现数据交互;充电控制模块,包括输入端子和输出端子,所述输入端子与充电系统的其他模块连接,分别与散热模块、辅助模块、充电模块、人机交互模块实现通信,输出端子用于给外部电池充电和通讯。充电系统各功能部分模块化设计,充电系统整体简洁,功能可靠、生产效率提高,检修人员只需要对整体模块进行替换,降低了维护成本,箱体内的接线不会由于维修失误导致另外线束的接触情况,降低了误操作生产成本和供货周期。
