The invention provides a temperature control system and method for a hydrogen storage device and a hydrogen energy moped. The hydrogen storage device comprises a bottle body and a valve body arranged at an air outlet of the bottle body. The temperature control system further comprises temperature monitoring equipment and heating equipment. The temperature monitoring equipment is arranged in the hydrogen storage device so as to monitor the temperature in the bottle body and form a temperature signal comprising the current temperature; the heating equipment heats the solid hydrogen storage material in the hydrogen storage device based on an activation instruction; the temperature control system further comprises a temperature control module which is electrically connected with the temperature monitoring equipment and the heating equipment, receives the temperature signal and compares the current temperature with a preset temperature threshold value, and when the current temperature is lower than the temperature threshold value, the temperature control module generates an activation instruction and sends the activation instruction to the heating equipment. After the system is adopted, low-pressure storage and use can be realized, and the hydrogen desorption performance of hydrogen is effectively improved.
