The invention discloses a double-walking-motor driving control method and system for an electric loader. The method comprises the steps that the torque needed by a whole vehicle is obtained; a real-time rotating speed signal of a motor is acquired; a pre-stored rotating speed and torque mapping table is searched according to the real-time rotating speed signal to obtain energy conversion efficiency values corresponding to the real-time rotating speed and different torques in the rotating speed and torque mapping table; according to the search result, a pre-constructed torque distribution optimization model is utilized to distribute the torque required by the whole vehicle to a front wheel driving motor and a rear wheel driving motor; wherein the optimization target of the torque distribution optimization model is that the total energy conversion efficiency of a front wheel driving motor and a rear wheel driving motor is the highest; and finally, the front wheel driving motor and the rear wheel driving motor are controlled to operate according to the required torque distribution amount. The driving control method can be suitable for a driving system in which the front wheel driving motor and the rear wheel driving motor are in transmission connection through a transmission shaft, motor driving efficiency and comprehensive energy conversion efficiency can be guaranteed, and the problem of insufficient power under individual working conditions is solved.

    本发明公开一种电动装载机双行走电机驱动控制方法和系统,方法包括:获取整车所需扭矩;获取电机的实时转速信号;根据实时转速信号,查找预先存储的转速扭矩映射表,得到转速扭矩映射表中与实时转速对应的、对应不同扭矩的能量转换效率值;根据查找结果,利用预先构建的扭矩分配优化模型,将整车需求扭矩分配至前轮驱动电机和后轮驱动电机;所述扭矩分配优化模型的优化目标为前轮驱动电机和后轮驱动电机的总能量转换效率最高;最后,按照需求扭矩分配量分别控制前轮驱动电机和后轮驱动电机运行。驱动控制方法能够适用于前轮驱动电机与后轮驱动电机通过传动轴传动连接的驱动系统,能够保障电机驱动效率和综合能量转换效率,解决个别工况下动力不足的问题。
