The swing arm is composed of a first cover plate and a swing groove, a flanging plate is arranged on the outer edge of the first cover plate, the first cover plate is fixedly connected with the swing groove through the flanging plate, the swing arms are fixed to the torsion beam through through grooves, a lining is fixed to one end of each swing arm, a parking seat is fixed to the other end of each swing arm, and the damping seats are fixedly connected with the torsion beam and the swing arms. The torsion beam rear axle has the beneficial effects that by additionally arranging the fixed reinforcing plates, the torsion rigidity of the torsion beam is improved, and stress is transferred intensively; the U-shaped grooves reduce the stress concentration of the welding part by increasing the local deformation of the welding part; and by additionally arranging the flanging plate, the strength of a welding part is greatly improved, and meanwhile the first cover plate is more convenient to assemble.
本发明公开了一种降应力扭力梁后轴,包括扭力梁、摆臂和减震座,扭力梁两端设有通槽,通槽底部还设有U型槽,扭力梁两端固定有第一挡板,第一挡板一端固定有第二挡板,第二挡板上固定有加强板,第一挡板另一端与摆臂上端固定,摆臂由第一盖板和摆槽组成,第一盖板外沿设有翻边板,第一盖板通过翻边板与摆槽固定连接,摆臂通过通槽与扭力梁固定,摆臂一端固定有衬套,摆臂另一端固定有驻车座,减震座分别与扭力梁和摆臂固定连接。有益效果:通过增加固定的加强板,提高了扭力梁扭转刚度的同时将应力集中转移;U型槽通过增加焊接部位的局部变形来降低焊接部位的应力集中;通过增设翻边板大大提高焊接部位的强度,同时使的第一盖板装配更方便。
