The invention discloses underwater hull sand blasting rust removing and abrasive recycling equipment which comprises a machine shell. An air compression mechanism capable of generating compressed air is arranged in the machine shell; an electrolysis mechanism capable of generating air is further arranged in the machine shell; the machine shell is further provided with a rust removing mechanism and an abrasive recycling mechanism; the electrolysis mechanism comprises a U-shaped cavity formed in the machine shell; and a positive electrode is fixedly connected onto the lower cavity wall of the right end of the U-shaped cavity. The equipment is simple in structure and easy and convenient to operate, hydrogen and oxygen are generated by electrolyzing water when the equipment is used, and oxygen is used for treating the compressed air, so that a sand blasting effect is achieved; abrasive and metal oxide in water are recycled for filtration, a water body is used for electrolysis, and the abrasive and the metal oxide continue to participate in rust removing treatment; and meanwhile, generated oxygen can also participate in a drainage system to control sinking and floating of the equipment, and the hydrogen can participate in recycling of fuel, so that energy consumption is reduced, and the water body is prevented from being polluted.

    本发明公开了一种水下船体喷砂除锈并回收磨料设备,包括机壳,所述机壳内设有能够产生压缩气体的空压机构,所述机壳内还设有产生气体的电解机构,所述机壳还设有除锈机构和回收磨料的回收机构,所述电解机构包括设在所述机壳内的U形腔,所述U形腔右端下腔壁上固定连接有正电极,该装置结构简单,操作简便,该装置在使用时通过电解水产生氢气和氧气,使用氧气来进行一个压缩气体的处理从而来达到喷砂的作用,并且将水中的磨料和金属氧化物回收进来进行过滤,水体用来电解,磨料和金属氧化物继续参与除锈的处理,同时产生的氧气还能用来参与排水系统来控制设备的沉浮,氢气可以参加燃料的再利用,从而节约了能耗,也保证了水体不受污染。
