The invention provides a charging and discharging control method, a server, a system, a medium and computer equipment. The method comprises steps that a first discharging instruction sent by a user isobtained; when the charging and discharging equipment is connected with a vehicle of a user, a discharging request is sent to the power grid platform based on the first discharging instruction; whena rejection instruction returned by the power grid platform based on the discharging request is received, a first control instruction is sent to the charging and discharging equipment, so the chargingand discharging equipment controls a vehicle of a user to discharge electric energy into a preset battery pack based on the first control instruction; therefore, even if a user needs to discharge andis not authorized by the power grid platform, the electric energy of the vehicle can be discharged into the battery pack; when the power grid load is large, the battery pack can be used for discharging to the power grid; when the power grid platform needs the external electric quantity to balance the load of the power grid, the electric energy of the battery pack can be utilized to participate inthe power grid dispatching, and stability of the local power grid is ensured.
本发明提供一种充放电控制方法、服务器、系统、介质及计算机设备,方法包括:获得由用户发送的第一放电指令;当充放电设备与用户的车辆相连接时,基于第一放电指令向电网平台发送放电请求;当接收到电网平台基于放电请求返回的拒绝指令,则向充放电设备发送第一控制指令,使得充放电设备基于第一控制指令控制用户的车辆将电能放至预设的电池包中;如此,即使用户需要放电没有得到电网平台的授权时,也可以将车辆电能放至电池包内;在电网负荷较大时,可以利用电池包向电网放电;可以满足用户随时放电的需求,提高用户参与电网调度的积极性,在电网平台需要外部电量平衡电网负荷时,可利用电池包的电能参与电网调度,确保局部电网的稳定性。
