The invention relates to the technical field of photovoltaic solar energy, in particular to wind energy and wave energy safety solar power generation equipment. The equipment comprises a machine body,six supporting floating balls enabling the equipment to float on the water surface are fixedly arranged on the lower portion of the machine body in a circumferential array manner, and a conical powergeneration column extending upwards is fixedly arranged on the upper end wall of the machine body. Six floating supporting rods are fixedly arranged on the outer end wall of the machine body in a circumferential array manner, a floating frame is outwards hinged to the floating supporting rods in the radial direction, and a hydraulic gear cavity is formed in the machine body. The wind energy and wave energy safety solar power generation equipment can obtain electric energy through conversion via photovoltaic panels in sunny days; in stormy weather, the photovoltaic panels are automatically closed, sea water fluctuates to form a large height difference, and the power generation efficiency is higher under the action; and in all weathers, wind power generation can operate efficiently, when the light saturation point is not reached, concave mirrors reflect sunlight to the photovoltaic panels to achieve secondary utilization, and the utilization rate is far higher than that of a traditionalphotovoltaic power generation device.
