The invention discloses a special lifting mechanism for a dual-stand-column stacker. A fixed base is mounted on the bottom of a device body; a movable wheel is mounted on the bottom of the fixed base;a motor is mounted on the top of the device body; and a threaded rod is mounted at the output end of the motor. A buffer block and a buffer spring are arranged to achieve the buffer effect while thespecial lifting mechanism is lifted to the top end to stop, so that a condition that the stacker is unstable and damaged due to impact is avoided, the service life of the stacker is favorably prolonged, and use cost of the stacker is reduced; a fixed rod, a movable block and a limiting block are arranged, so that the effect of stabilizing an objective table by a lifting table is facilitated, and lifting stability is improved.

    本发明公开了一种双立柱堆垛机专用起升机构,包括装置本体,所述装置本体的底部安装有固定底座,所述固定底座的底部安装有移动轮,所述装置本体的顶部安装有电机,所述电机的输出端安装有螺纹杆。本发明,设置了缓冲块和缓冲弹簧,有利于在升到顶端停止时起到缓冲作用,避免因为冲击造成的堆垛机不稳地和损坏的情况,有利于提高堆垛机的使用寿命,降低了堆垛机的使用成本,设置了固定杆、移动块和限位块,有利于在进行升降时对载物台起到平稳作用,避免因为升降不平稳造成的物品脱落损坏现象,设置了第一拖动器、第一连接绳、第二拖动器和第二连接绳,有利于对升降台起到稳定作用,提高了升降的稳定性。
