The invention discloses a hoisting method of an FPSO living quarter module. The hoisting method comprises the living quarter module, a floating crane and a lifting hook, the lifting hook is arranged on the floating crane, and hoisting pads and triangular plate reinforcing structures are installed at the top of the living quarter module in a segmented manner. The hoisting method comprises the following steps that the living quarter module is carried through a slide and is hoisted onto a ship through the floating crane, during hoisting, the hoisting pad at the top of the living quarter module isconnected with the lifting hook through four groups of steel wire ropes, a double-pulley block and shackles; and ahoisting pad steel wire rope is directly hoisted on the lifting hook, and the hoisting pad steel wire rope and a steering steel wire rope respectively penetrate through pulleys at the two ends of the double-pulley block to be connected. The hoisting method of the FPSO living quarter module has the beneficial effects that the requirement for large-tonnage steel wire ropes is reduced, material waste caused by manufacturing of a hoisting beam is reduced, the dock period of the livingquarter module carried by a gantry crane in a dock is shortened, the shipbuilding production efficiency is improved, and complete building and overall installation of a living quarter are promoted.

    本发明公开一种FPSO生活区模块的吊装方法,包括生活区模块、浮吊和吊钩,吊钩设置在浮吊上,在所述生活区模块顶部分段安装眼板及三角板加强结构,包括如下步骤,生活区模块通过滑道搭载,使用浮吊吊装上船,吊装时,生活区模块顶部的眼板与吊钩之间通过四组钢丝绳、双滑轮组和卸扣进行连接;将所述吊钩钢丝绳直接挂在吊钩上,眼板钢丝绳与转向钢丝绳分别穿过双滑轮组两端滑轮连接。本发明所述的一种FPSO生活区模块的吊装方法,其有益效果在于,减少对大吨位钢丝绳的需求,减少吊梁制作造成的材料浪费,减少生活区模块在坞内通过龙门吊搭载的船坞周期,提高船舶建造生产效率,促进生活区完整建造整体安装。
