The invention aims to provide a variable-pitch actuating mechanism for a marine controllable-pitch propeller, which comprises a shell, a left piston, a right piston, a fan-shaped wheel and a spline shaft. The shell comprises a middle protrusion and a bottom face, the left piston is arranged between the middle protrusion on the left side and the bottom face, and the right piston is arranged betweenthe middle protrusion on the right side and the bottom face. A left stop screw is arranged on the left side of the left piston, a right stop screw is arranged on the right side of the right piston, aleft piston cavity is formed between the left stop screw and the left piston, a right piston cavity is formed between the right stop screw and the right piston, and a pin roller is arranged between the left piston and the right piston and installed on a mandrel. The roller is connected under the fan-shaped wheel, and teeth on the fan-shaped wheel are meshed with a spline shaft which is connectedwith a variable-pitch pull rod of a variable-pitch propeller speed reducer. A rotary transformer is used for measuring and feeding back the angular displacement output by a variable-pitch actuating mechanism, the operation is reliable, and the anti-interference capability is high. A measurement feedback assembly is connected with an external cable through an electric connector, and is convenient to install, disassemble and maintain.

    本发明的目的在于提供一种船用调距螺旋桨用变距执行机构,包括壳体、左活塞、右活塞、扇形轮、花键轴,壳体包括中部凸起和底面,左侧的中部凸起和底面之间设置左活塞,右侧的中部凸起和底面之间设置右活塞,左活塞的左侧设置左限动螺钉,右活塞的右侧设置右限动螺钉,左限动螺钉与左活塞之间形成左侧活塞腔,右限动螺钉和右活塞之间形成右侧活塞腔,左活塞和右活塞之间设置滚柱,滚柱安装在芯轴上,扇形轮下方连接滚柱,扇形轮上的齿与花键轴啮合,花键轴连接变距螺旋桨减速器变距拉杆。本发明采用旋转变压器测量和反馈变距执行机构输出的角位移,运行可靠,抗干扰能力强。测量反馈组件通过电连接器与外部电缆相接,便于安装、拆解和维修。
