The invention provides a power adjusting method of an electric bicycle, the electric bicycle comprises a target electric device, the target electric device comprises an electronic controller and a motor, the method comprises the following steps: acquiring riding parameter information of the electric bicycle, the riding parameter information comprising at least one of a slope value of a road wherethe electric bicycle is located and a load value of the electric bicycle; determining a numerical value of a target driving current output by the electronic controller according to the riding parameter information; and controlling the motor to output power matched with the numerical value.
