A power supply device can be easily pushed to the blocking body to be charged only by pushing the power supply device on the guide rails; after charging is completed, the horizontal pushing mechanism automatically pushesout the power supply; and the power supply device can be replaced more quickly and efficiently for charging, and time and labor are saved.
