The invention discloses an amphibious vehicle turnover suspension structure and an amphibious vehicle. The suspension structure comprises a frame (8); wheels (1); a suspension, which is arranged between the frame (8) and the wheels (1) and comprises an upper cross arm (3), a lower cross arm (2), a rotating shaft (4), a rocker arm (5) and a hydro-pneumatic spring (7), wherein one end of the hydro-pneumatic spring (7) is connected with the rocker arm (5), and the other end of the hydro-pneumatic spring (7) is installed on the frame (8); and an angular displacement feedback mechanism. The hydro-pneumatic spring integrating the suspension elastic element function, the shock absorber function and the turnover suspension driving power source function is adopted, the hydro-pneumatic spring is transversely arranged on the vehicle left and right, the shock absorption and buffering effect of land running of the amphibious vehicle is achieved, the wheel position is lifted when wheels sail on water, the wheel lifting position is fed back through an angle displacement sensor, and the stability of the wheel lifting height is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种两栖车辆翻转悬架结构及水陆两栖车辆,所述悬架结构包括车架(8)及车轮(1);设于所述车架(8)与车轮(1)之间的悬架,所述悬架包括上横臂(3)、下横臂(2)、转轴(4)、摇臂(5)以及油气弹簧(7),所述油气弹簧(7)一端和所述摇臂(5)连接在一起,另一端安装于所述车架(8)上;以及角度位移反馈机构。本发明采用集成悬架弹性元件功能、减震器功能和翻转悬架驱动动力源功能的油气弹簧,油气弹簧在车辆上左右横向布置,既满足了两栖车辆陆上行驶的减震缓冲作用,又实现车轮水上航行时的车轮位置的提升,采用角度位移传感器反馈车轮提升位置,保证了车轮提升高度的稳定性。
