The invention discloses a detection device for a thin skin agitation phenomenon. An elastic load transferring mechanism and a load detection mechanism are arranged between a load applying pressing plate and a load transferring pressing plate; the elastic load transferring mechanism is composed of multiple sets of load assemblies; the multiple sets of load assemblies are evenly distributed on the load applying pressing plate and the load transferring pressing plate; meanwhile, load identification scribed lines are engraved on the load detection mechanism; the load detection mechanism is locatedin the center of the load applying pressing plate and the center of the load transferring pressing plate; by applying acting force to the load applying pressing plate, the elastic load transferring mechanism and the load detection mechanism move downwards along with the load applying pressing plate, and the applied load value can be read through load identification scribed lines on the load detection mechanism. When the load applied in the direction perpendicular to the load applying pressing plate enables the edge of a load indication sleeve and is flush with the load identification scribedline on a load identification rod, the surface state of the skin of an aircraft is checked; and therefore, subjective factors are effectively avoided, the working efficiency is high, and a guarantee is provided for improving the riveting quality of an aircraft structure.

    一种用于薄蒙皮鼓动现象的检测装置,其中,所述施载压板与传载压板之间设置有弹性传载机构和载荷检测机构,且所述弹性传载机构由多组载荷组件组成,多组载荷组件均布在施载压板与传载压板上,同时在载荷检测机构上刻有载荷标识刻线,所述载荷检测机构位于施载压板与传载压板的中心;通过在施载压板上施加作用力,弹性传载机构与载荷检测机构随施载压板一起向下运动,由载荷检测机构上的载荷标识刻线即可读取施加的载荷值,当沿垂直于施载压板方向施加的载荷至载荷指示套筒边缘与载荷标识杆上的载荷标识刻线齐平时,检查飞机蒙皮表面状态,有效避免主观因素,工作效率高,为提高飞机结构的铆接质量提供保障。
