The invention discloses a formwork disassembling and transporting system for a super high-rise huge column large formwork and a construction method of the formwork disassembling and transporting system. The formwork disassembling and transporting system comprises a formwork disassembling device and a formwork transporting device; the formwork disassembling device comprises a first chassis, a guardrail, a hand winch, a supporting stand column, a limiting stand column, a suspension arm and a suspension point assembly; the top of the first chassis is connected with a first connecting plate, and the bottom of the first connecting plate is connected with first universal wheels; the top of the first connecting plate is connected with a first lifting lug; a horizontal support is arranged on the rear side of the first chassis and located between the two first connecting plates; the formwork transporting device comprises a second chassis and a connecting frame; the top of the second chassis isconnected with a third connecting plate, the bottom of the third connecting plate is connected with a second universal wheel, and the top of the third connecting plate is connected with a second lifting lug; the connecting frame is arranged at the top of the second chassis; and embedding grooves are formed in the parts, in the second chassis, of the front side and the rear side of the connecting frame in the transverse direction in a full-length mode. According to the formwork disassembling and transporting system and the construction method thereof, the technical problem that a tower crane cannot directly assemble, disassemble and transport a huge column large formwork due to the fact that profiled steel sheets of an outer frame floor slab of a traditional formwork disassembling and transporting system are closed in advance is solved.

    一种针对超高层巨柱大模板的拆运模系统及其施工方法,包括拆模装置和运模装置;拆模装置包括第一底盘、护栏、手摇卷扬机、支撑立柱、限位立柱、吊臂和吊点组件;第一底盘顶部连接有第一连接板,第一连接板底部连接有第一万向轮;第一连接板顶部连有第一吊耳;第一底盘后侧、位于两个第一连接板之间设置有水平支架;运模装置包括第二底盘和连接架;第二底盘顶部连有第三连接板,第三连接板底部连有第二万向轮,第三连接板顶部连有第二吊耳;连接架设在第二底盘的顶部;第二底盘中、位于连接架的前后两侧,沿横向通长设置有嵌槽。本发明解决了传统的拆运模系统因外框楼板的压型钢板先行封闭导致塔吊无法直接进行巨柱大模板的安拆及运输的技术问题。
