The base is provided with a first oil way communicating with the oil cylinder, and an oil return way communicating with the oil storage cavity; an oil return channel and an oil return hole are formed in an end of the oil return valve rod; the oil return channel communicates with the oil return way by means of the oil return hole; a second steel ball is mounted in the oil return channel by means of a spring, and the second steel ball and the oil return channel are in clearance fit with each other; and a first steel ball is arranged in an oil return valve cavity, and when the oil return valve rod is screwed into the limit position of an oil return valve rod mounting channel, the first steel ball blocks the first oil way; and when the oil return valve rod is unscrewed, the first steel ball unblocks the first oil way, and then the first oil way, the oil return valve cavity, the oil return channel and the oil return way communicate with one another. According to the present application, a low-speed structure is arranged in the oil return valve rod, and oil leakage of a process hole is thus effectively avoided.
