The invention discloses an intelligent operation control system of a bridge crane, and particularly relates to the technical field of crane control. The intelligent operation control system comprisesa switch type sensor, the output end of the switch type sensor is electrically connected with the input end of a face recognition module, and the output end of the face recognition module is electrically connected with the input end of a first comparison module; and the output end of the first comparison module is electrically connected with the input ends of a loudspeaker, a hosting release module and an automatic login module. According to the intelligent operation control system, the accurate position of a crane lifting mechanism can be collected in real time, a moving final point positionis inputted through an instruction, comparison and matching are carried out on the crane lifting mechanism and the moving final point position, the distance difference between the crane lifting mechanism and the moving final point position is automatically calculated, the required operation angle and control track are automatically planned, and then the crane can be accurately controlled to work according to the control action track. Therefore, the intelligent operation control system is not affected by operation experience factors of control personnel, the purpose of accurate control can be achieved, and high-efficiency control work can be guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种桥式起重机智能运行控制系统,具体涉及起重机控制技术领域,包括开关型传感器,所述开关型传感器的输出端与人脸识别模块的输入端电连接,所述人脸识别模块的输出端与第一对比模块的输入端电连接,所述第一对比模块的输出端分别与扬声器、托管解除模块和自动登录模块的输入端电连接。本发明可以实时采集起重机提升机构的精确位置,并采用指令输入移动终点位置两者进行比对匹配,自动计算得出两者之间的间距差,再自动规划所需操作角度及控制轨迹,进而可以按照控制行动轨迹进行精确控制起重机的工作,使得本发明不受控制人员操作经验因素影响,即可达到精确控制的目的,从而可以保障高效率的控制工作。
