The invention discloses an electrically-driven passive strut uplock. The uplock comprises a strut uplock mechanism (1) and an electrically-driven unlocking actuator (2), wherein the electrically-driven unlocking actuator (2) enables an unlocking rocker arm (7) of the strut uplock mechanism (1) to swing according to an unlocking control instruction of an upper computer so as to drive a lock hook (3) of the strut uplock mechanism (1) to rotate; and after the strut uplock mechanism (1) is unlocked in place, the unlocking actuator (2) is electrically driven to return according to a return controlinstruction of an upper computer. A hydraulic related driving device is omitted for unlocking a strut uplock, and the weight and the size of the system are reduced; dual-redundancy design is completedthrough electric driving, unlocking reliability is high, and the maintenance requirement is low.
