The invention discloses a chemical tanker deck unit header area pipeline installation precision control method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a pipe positioning detection tool is manufactured, and the pipe positioning detection tool is used for detecting the flange surface positions of a transverse upper layer pipeline, a transverse lower layer pipeline and an oil collecting groove pipeline; S2, a transverse upper-layer pipeline, a transverse lower-layer pipeline and an oil collecting tank pipeline are pre-mounted , and precision detection and adjustment are carried out through a pipe positioning detection tool after pre-mounting is completed, and S3, the transverse upper-layer pipeline and the transverse lower-layer pipeline are pre-mounted on the bracket through pipeclamps after the precision meets the requirement, and the transverse upper-layer pipeline, the transverse lower-layer pipeline and the oil collecting tank pipeline are connected through F-shaped pipes. According to the method, the end face degree, the spacing size and levelness of the pipe can be accurately controlled, so the position relation of any three flanges which are adjacent in a triangular shape on the transverse pipeline meets the design requirement, and the situation that the transverse pipeline is not matched with the F-shaped pipe is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种化学品船甲板单元集管区管路安装精度控制方法,包括以下步骤:S1、制作管子定位检测工装,管子定位检测工装用于对横向上层管路、横向下层管路、集油槽管路的法兰面位置进行检测;S2、进行横向上层管路、横向下层管路、集油槽管路的预安装,预安装完成后通过管子定位检测工装进行精度检测并进行调整,精度达到要求后通过管夹将横向上层管路、横向下层管路固定在支架上S3、通过F型管将横向上层管路、横向下层管路、集油槽管路进行连接。本发明能够对管子端面度、间距尺寸、水平度进行精准控制,使得横向管路上任意呈三角相邻的三个法兰的位置关系符合设计要求,避免了与F型管安装不匹配的情况。
