The invention provides a deepwater pressure-resistant structure system and method capable of progressively decreasing internal pressurization layer by layer. The deepwater pressure-resistant structuresystem comprises a pressure-resistant shell subsystem and an internal pressurization control subsystem, and is characterized in that the pressure-resistant shell subsystem is of a multi-layer structure from outside to inside, and comprises an outer heat-insulating layer, a metal internal pressurization structure and an inner heat-insulating layer; according to the system, pressure is applied to seawater media in interlayer cavities of all the structures layer by layer in a progressive decreasing mode, temperature adjustment of the seawater media is assisted, the strength of each layer of structure shell is combined, the external pressure of the structures is gradually offset, and finally the personnel and equipment cabins in the structures reach the normal pressure level, personnel in thecabins work normally, and equipment operates normally. The structural system can reduce the material consumption of the pressure-resistant shell of the underwater vehicle or similar equipment, reducethe total weight of the equipment, reduce the mechanical property index required by the shell, effectively improve the working depth of the underwater equipment, particularly deep sea equipment, andhas important significance for the future deep sea exploration and development career.

    本发明提供了一种逐层递减内增压的深水耐压结构系统和方法,包括耐压壳体子系统和内部增压控制子系统,其特征在于,所述耐压壳体子系统从外至内呈多层级结构,分别包括外隔热层、金属质内增压结构和内隔热层;该系统通过逐层递减地向各结构层间腔内海水介质施加压力,辅以对海水介质的温度调节,结合每层结构壳体自身强度,逐渐抵消结构外部压力,最终使结构内部人员设备舱达到常压水平,舱内人员正常工作,设备正常运转。该结构系统能够在减少水下潜器或类似装备耐压壳体材料用量、降低装备总重的同时,降低壳体所需达到力学性能指标,有效提高水下装备、特别是深海装备的工作深度,对未来的深远海探索开发事业具有重要意义。
