The invention discloses a manufacturing and using method of an anti-falling device of a two-wheeled electric vehicle. The manufacturing and using method comprises the steps that firstly, normally-closed electromagnetic valves in direct-acting electromagnetic valves are determined to be modified and fixed as selected electromagnetic valves; a belt wheel support in the prior art is selected for a rear supporting assembly to be used in a matched mode after being modified, and stay wires with the same length are connected between the front ends of valve rods of the two normally-closed electromagnetic valves and lug plates of the rear supporting assembly respectively, so that a synchronous linkage connecting mechanism is formed between the rear supporting assembly and the electromagnetic valves; a contact switch is mounted on the front side of a rear wheel brake swing arm, is connected in series with a circuit for supplying power to the two electromagnetic valves and the storage battery ofthe electric vehicle, and can control the two electromagnetic valves to synchronously open and close; under the condition that a rear wheel brakes, the contact switch can be touched to connect the circuit of the electromagnetic valves, so that the valve rods of the electromagnetic valves are started to pull the rear supporting assembly to move downwards until two trundles are grounded, the trundles play a role in supporting and balancing the left-right swing instability of the vehicle body, and the accident risk that the vehicle body is prone to falling down is eliminated.
