A fatigue-resistant doubling device for an adjustable integral dropper comprises a doubling bolt, a pressing block and a locking nut. A mounting groove is formed in a screw rod of the doubling bolt inthe radial direction, and the mounting groove extends to the root of the screw rod; a first bushing, a second bushing and a pressing block are inserted into the mounting groove, and the second bushing is located between the first bushing and the pressing block; a first doubling groove matched with the first lining is formed in the inner end surface of a bolt head of the doubling bolt, and the first doubling groove is connected with the root of the mounting groove; and a second doubling groove matched with the second bush is formed in the inner end surface of the pressing block, the locking nut is arranged on the screw rod of the doubling bolt in a sleeving mode, the locking nut is rotated, and the two dropper wires are clamped together through the first bush and the second bush. Accordingto the invention, the dropper wires are in direct contact with the bushings during doubling, and as the hardness of the bushing material is matched with that of the dropper material, the damage of the bushings to the dropper wires is smaller under the working condition of long-time vibration, and the fatigue resistance of the dropper wires is improved.
一种可调整体吊弦用耐疲劳并线装置,包括并线螺栓、压块、锁紧螺母,并线螺栓的螺杆上沿径向制有安装槽,且安装槽延伸至所述螺杆的根部;安装槽中插装有第一衬套、第二衬套及压块,且第二衬套位于第一衬套与压块之间;并线螺栓的螺栓头的内端面上制有与第一衬套适配的第一并线槽,且第一并线槽与安装槽的根部贯通;压块的内端面上制有与第二衬套适配的第二并线槽,锁紧螺母套装在并线螺栓的螺杆上,旋转锁紧螺母,通过第一衬套、第二衬套将两根吊弦线夹紧在一起。本发明并线时吊弦线与衬套直接接触,由于衬套材料的硬度与吊弦线的材料硬度匹配,在长时间振动工况下,衬套对吊弦线的损伤较小,提高了吊弦线的耐疲劳性能。
