The invention discloses an intelligent 12 V charging method of a fuel cell hybrid power system for a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle. The intelligent 12 V charging method comprises the following step of: S1, after a T-BOX is self-awakened, sending a signal to awaken a BCM network; S2, after the BCM network is awakened, selecting a working mode; S3, after the BCM enters a remote working mode, awakeninga VCU through a hard wire; S4, after the VCU is awakened, awakening a BMS, an MCU, an FCU, a PDU and a DCL through hard wires, and starting a high-voltage power-on process; S5, enabling the PDU to enter a pre-charging process; S6, after the PDU completes the pre-charging process and is powered on with high voltage, and starting intelligent charging; S7, monitoring the BMS and the intelligent charging remaining time in real time by means of the VCU; and S8, after charging is completed, executing a finished vehicle power-off process. The intelligent 12 V charging system has the advantages that before the 12 V storage battery is about to feed, the 12 V storage battery is charged in a hybrid mode in advance, and meanwhile, whether the fuel battery is started or not is adjusted in time according to the electric quantity of the power battery, so that not only is the situation of feeding of the 12 V storage battery avoided, but further the charging mode of the intelligent 12 V charging systemof the hydrogen fuel battery vehicle is optimized.

    本发明公开一种氢燃料电池汽车用燃电混动系统的智能12V充电方法,包括以下步骤:S1、T‑BOX自我唤醒后,发送信号使BCM网络唤醒;S2、BCM网络唤醒后,选择工作模式;S3、BCM进入远程工作模式后,通过硬线唤醒VCU;S4、VCU唤醒后,通过硬线唤醒BMS、MCU、FCU、PDU、DCL,开始启动高压上电流程;S5、PDU进入预充电流程;S6、PDU完成预充电流程,并上高压电,开始智能充电;S7、VCU实时监测BMS以及智能充电剩余时间;S8、充电完成后,执行整车下电流程。其优点为:在12V蓄电池即将馈电之前,提前在混动模式下给12V蓄电池充电,同时,根据动力电池电量适时调整是否启动燃料电池,不仅避免12V蓄电池出现馈电的情形,也优化了氢燃料电池汽车智能12V充电系统的充电模式。
