The invention relates to the technical field of traffic guidance, in particular to an intelligent urban traffic guidance system and method. The system comprises a server which is used for obtaining areal-time road section image, and is also used for judging whether there is a parked vehicle on a road or not according to the road section image, if yes, recognizing a lane where the parked vehicle is located and an adjacent lane according to the road section image, judging whether traffic jam occurs in the lane or not according to the road section image, the lane where the parked vehicle is located and the adjacent lane, and if yes, generating a first traffic dispersion signal. By adopting the scheme, the technical problem that the traffic jam condition of each lane cannot be effectively monitored in the prior art can be solved.
本发明涉及交通引导技术领域,具体为一种智能城市交通引导系统及方法,该系统包括服务器,服务器用于获取实时的路段图像,服务器还用于根据路段图像判断道路上是否有停放车辆,若是则根据路段图像识别停放车辆的所在车道和相邻车道,根据路段图像、所在车道和相邻车道判断所在车道是否发生交通拥堵,若是则生成第一交通疏导信号。采用本方案能够解决现有技术中无法有效监测每一车道的交通拥堵情况的技术问题。
