The invention discloses a self-cleaning method of an automobile air conditioner heat pump system. The method comprises the following steps of setting the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve as a first preset opening degree which is greater than the maximum opening degree of the electronic expansion valve during refrigeration and heating; starting a cooling fan and a compressor of a water-cooled condenser in sequence; setting the rotating speed of the compressor as a first preset rotating speed, and operating for a first preset time period; and setting the rotating speed of the compressor as a second preset rotating speed, and operating for a second preset time period, wherein the first preset rotating speed is greater than the second preset rotating speed. By setting the relatively large opening degree of the electronic expansion valve and the relatively high rotating speed of the compressor, the flow speed of a refrigerant in a loop is increased, then the refrigerant withthe high flow speed is used for scouring impurities in the automobile air conditioner heat pump system, so that cleaning is achieved, and the impurities are prevented from blocking the electronic expansion valve; and before the compressor is started, the cooling fan is started to perform forced air-cooling heat dissipation on the water-cooled condenser, so that the temperature rise of the water-cooled condenser due to first starting of the compressor is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种汽车空调热泵系统的自清洁方法,包括步骤:设置电子膨胀阀的开度为第一预设开度,第一预设开度大于电子膨胀阀在制冷和制热时的最大开度;先后开启水冷冷凝器的冷却风扇和压缩机;设置压缩机的转速为第一预设转速,并运行第一预设时间段;然后设置压缩机的转速为第二预设转速,并运行第二预设时间段;其中,第一预设转速大于第二预设转速。本发明通过设置较大的电子膨胀阀的开度和压缩机的转速,使回路内的制冷剂流速增大,进而利用高流速的制冷剂冲刷汽车空调热泵系统内的杂质,实现清洁,防止杂质堵塞电子膨胀阀;在压缩机开启之前开启冷却风扇,对水冷冷凝器进行强制风冷散热,避免压缩机先开启而导致水冷冷凝器温度升高。
