The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction engineering equipment, in particular to a friction type steel rope winding and unwinding mechanism driven by an endless rope and used for winding and unwinding a large-diameter steel rope in a large-span manner. Compared with the prior art, the friction type steel rope winding and unwinding mechanism is composed of a circulating traction winch, an unpowered double-cylinder friction force transmission device, a steel rope clamping device, a rope take-up device, a power friction winch and the endless rope, wherein the circulating traction winch is connected with the unpowered double-cylinder friction force transmission device through the large-diameter steel rope, and the steel rope clamping device is clamped on the large-diameter steel rope; the rope take-up device is connected with the large-diameter steel rope and is used for winding and collecting the large-diameter steel rope; and the unpowered double-cylinder friction force transmission device is connected with the power friction winch through the endless rope. The friction type steel rope winding and unwinding mechanism is simple in design and convenient to operate, the occurrence of rope slipping accidents is avoided, the steel rope winding and unwinding speed is also greatly improved, meanwhile, damage to the large-diameter steel rope in the winding andunwinding process is well avoided, and then the service life of the steel rope is prolonged.

    本发明涉及桥梁施工工程设备技术领域,特别是一种用于大跨度收放大直径钢绳的由无极绳驱动的摩擦式钢绳收放机构,与现有技术相比,该摩擦式钢绳收放机构由循环牵引卷扬机、无动力双筒摩擦传力装置、钢绳夹紧器、收索器、动力摩擦卷扬机、无极绳组成;循环牵引卷扬机与无动力双筒摩擦传力装置之间通过大直径钢绳进行连接,钢绳夹紧器夹在大直径钢绳上;收索器连接着大直径钢绳,收索器用于缠绕和收集大直径钢绳;无动力双筒摩擦传力装置与动力摩擦卷扬机之间通过无极绳连接;其设计简单、操作方便,既避免了溜索事故的发生,又大大加快了收放钢绳的速度,同时也很好的避免了大直径钢绳收放过程中的损伤,延长了钢绳的使用寿命。
