The invention discloses a cavitation bubble wake flow suppression device of a surface ship propeller. The suppression device is self-loaded in a surface ship and comprises a flow control unit, a storer I, a storer II, a discharge power unit I, a discharge power unit II, a larboard discharge channel, a starboard discharge channel and a navigational speed monitoring unit; one end of the flow controlunit is connected with the navigational speed monitoring unit, the other end of the flow control unit is connected with the discharge power unit I and the discharge power unit II, and the discharge power unit I and the discharge power unit II are used for driving the storer I and the storer II which are connected with the discharge power unit I and the discharge power unit II to discharge cavitation inhibitors; the cavitation inhibitors discharged by the storer I and the storer II are discharged to the vortex centers of a left propeller and a right propeller through the larboard discharge channel and the starboard discharge channel respectively, and bubble wake flow generated by cavitation of the left propeller and the right propeller is restrained.
